Melting Chocolate Cake (Germany)

Ingredients:
  1. 1/2 cup floor
  2. 1 cup unsalted butter (white)
  3. 11/4 cups dark chocolate
  4. 31/4 cups sugar
  5. 8 eggs
Methods:
Melt the chocolate on a double boiler and mix in the butter. Whip the eggs and sugar to a froth. Gradually add the flour to the whipped eggs. Fold in the chocolate and mix well. Fill greased moulds with the chocolate mixture. Refrigerate for 12-24 hours and then bake for 5-6 minutes. Serve with mascarpone or ice cream.
