Buffalo Burger Topping

Ingredients:
1.  2 tbsp butter softened
2.  2 tbsp brown sugar
3.  3/4 C. mayonnaise
4.  1/4 C. Louisiana style hot sauce
5.  1 celery rib finely chopped
6.  6 tbsp crumbled blue cheese

Method:  In a small bowl beat butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.  Add mayonnaise and hot sauce; beat until smooth.  Chill until serving.  Spoon onto your favorite burger; top with celery and cheese.
